My approach to architecture

I believe architecture should serve the business, not the other way around. Over 12+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, I've seen what happens when solutions are overengineered or when shortcuts catch up with growing organizations. I focus on finding the right balance — solutions that are robust enough for enterprise needs but practical enough to deliver real value.

With 14 Salesforce certifications including System Architect and Application Architect credentials, I bring deep platform knowledge to every engagement. But certifications are just the starting point — what matters is applying that knowledge to solve real problems.

I've built my career across some of the most demanding consulting environments:

  • MassMutual — Salesforce Application Architect (2022–present). Leading architecture for enterprise CRM solutions in the financial services industry.
  • Waeg / IBM — Salesforce Architect & Senior Developer (2019–2022). Worked out of Brussels, delivering complex integration and architecture projects.
  • PwC Poland — Senior Salesforce Developer (2018–2019). Enterprise consulting for major clients.
  • Accenture — Salesforce Developer (2017–2018). Started my consulting journey.
  • Atos — Junior Developer (2014–2016). Where it all began.

50+ projects delivered across finance, insurance, and technology. Based in Warsaw, working worldwide.

Building Tucario

I co-founded Tucario — building AppExchange products with architect-level quality standards. The goal is to create solutions that solve real business problems in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on robust architecture and practical implementation.

Graduate of Lodz University of Technology (Politechnika Lodzka).
